Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or your order number is also required.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

🔹 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

🔹 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, used products, personalized items, gift cards, and discounted items cannot be returned.

🔹 Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order once the return has been approved.

🔹 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
